Muslim Community

Omed, Fremont/San Jose

Some Immigrants have found community and others are looking to find community in this new land. With some only recently arriving and others here for a few generations we find an incredible mix of backgrounds and culture here. We look to serve these various communities through different efforts in the sphere of education and fitness. Through a demonstration of God’s love to our neighbors we look to serve our community through teaching English, Fitness, and children focussed after school activities. We truly hope to develop deep relationships with our community rooted in love.

Chinese Community and beyond.

Berkley/El Cerrito

We presently are co laboring with another organization in helping them reach graduate students and scholars from China. This team will continue to reach these people but are wanting to be a support to help start a University Discipleship Training School for undergrad UC Berkeley students from all ethnicities.

Latino Community

We serve a culturally diverse community and the majority of the population is the Latino community who primarily reside in the Tenderloin, Mission and Excelsior neighborhoods. We focus on building on their strengths and resilience by providing brave spaces and transformative relationships that lead to courageous actions. In addition,  we connect them to resources  and community partners.

Yemeni Community

Tenderloin, san Francisco

There are over 1000 people that speak Arabic in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco. Many of these come from Yemen. Cross cultural challenges such as language, food and culture can be made less difficult as we help them to cross these barriers in practical ways.
