Every year our entire YWAM Bay Area Family gathers for a couple of days for refreshing, renewal and valuable connection time during out Annual Staff Retreat.
This time is valuable because while we all work in many different locations, we are held together by common heart and vision and relational bonds that are not easily broken. While many of our key leaders gather with a regular rhythm throughout the year, times when we are ALL present are usually reserved for our times of retreat.
The ALL staff retreat is a sacred space where we heal, connect, refresh and take with us a feeling of being seen and a part of something bigger.
Our heart is to love on our staff and their families, who work tirelessly being the hands and feet of Jesus, to have an experience where they are loved on and receive some of the love and care they themselves show on location where God has called them.
We hope to provide this time at no (or minimal) cost but this depends on how many donations we can collect.
Your donations given here will be allocated for our Annual Retreat to provide free/low cost respite for our workers in the field. Thank you for loving on our team with your gift!
